Privacy notice
This page describes the prototype and lists decisions required before real personal data is processed. It is not an approved production privacy policy.
What the prototype does
Forms update sample identity, work and preference data in memory in the current browser tab. Refreshing clears those changes. No FreeRoad database, payment account or email-delivery service is connected. Enter example information only.
Infrastructure and external resources
Normal requests are made to the website host. The current stylesheet requests fonts from Google Fonts. The prototype does not implement analytics or a consent-management service. Hosting and browser infrastructure behavior must be reviewed before publishing a final notice.
Production data practices to document
Identify the operator, purposes and basis for processing; identity and client data; work and financial records; provider account identifiers; evidence handling; service providers; international transfers; retention; security; and applicable user rights.
Contact and requests
A verified privacy contact and operational request process must be supplied before launch. The settings deletion flow currently records only a local demonstration request and deletes no records.
